1.1 The platform and trade name "13i13" operate strictly under the corporate body of 13RMS B.V. (KvK-number: 92598048), registered in Rijswijk, The Netherlands.

1.2 All intellectual property, software files, and blueprints are the exclusive property of 13RMS B.V.

2.1 13i13 is a zero-knowledge infrastructure network. The platform automatically strips and permanently destroys 100% of incoming network telemetry in volatile memory at the exact millisecond of arrival. What is not there can never be logged, stored, or subpoenaed.

2.2 THE DECENTRALE DEPO-WET: Passphrases never travel in plain-text across the internet. All authentication and encryption are executed entirely client-side, prior to transport. Only an anonymous cryptographic fingerprint (hash) travels to the secured network core to verify entry.

3.2 PROHIBITED NETWORK ACTIVITIES: The platform enforces an absolute zero-tolerance policy. It is strictly forbidden to use the infrastructure to facilitate, communicate about, or coordinate illegal operations. This explicitly includes:

• Severe human exploitation, human trafficking, and child abuse.
• The trade, sale, or distribution of narcotics and illegal substances (drugs) in any shape or form, including arranging distribution appointments.

3.3 SANCTION PROTOCOL: Any violation of the prohibitions listed in Section 3.2 will result in the immediate destruction of content, permanent ban from network access, and the immediate annihilation of active access tokens.

3.4 SYSTEM INTEGRITY & EMERGENCY HOLD: 13RMS B.V. reserves the absolute right to silently suspend automated data-purges for specific accounts or device fingerprints suspected of violating the prohibitions in Section 3.2. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

4.1 Account recovery is mathematically impossible. Because this is a zero-knowledge architecture, no emails are retained and no recovery codes are stored. If you lose your passphrase, your account is vaporized forever.

4.2 The platform is provided 'as is' with zero liability for network transit delays. Your voice and your content are your own exclusive responsibility.

5.1 Operators agree that 13RMS B.V. shall be fully indemnified and will cooperate with international law enforcement entities strictly when presented with a verified, official judicial warrant regarding severe criminal violations.

5.2 Data actively isolated under Section 3.4 will be strictly committed to the rule of law to guarantee the ultimate safety and perimeter defense of our platform.
